In India, for instance, “Liar,” “dog,” “saala” and “mad“ are various insults, says Mahak Naiwal, pictured above. She’s studying in school and learning Kathak, a traditional Indian dance. “I don't say much — only when I am in anger, or when a stranger says something,” she explained.
