I thought I'd share this photo with you guys as it's one that would have made me hate myself a few years ago as I'm not in the "best" shape and you can see my rolls. The funniest thing is, now i think I look kinda cute like this.? I guess I've slowly learned to love myself and accept I'm always gonna be a bit "imperfect" because I like alcohol and cheese and pasta and... Well most Italian food actually, and I don't want to deprive myself of life's greatest pleasures. So I hope if you're feeling any self-loathing today, you see it's totally NORMAL to not be perfect. I exercise because I love my body, not because I hate it.❤️
