There's so much change happening in every part of my life at the moment I've been feeling a little overwhelmed. Tonight I went offline and went for a wander along the river (I find water really calming) and reminded myself of all the things I have to be grateful for. Don't want to overshare, but thought I'd just share this bit of my reality as I know social media can feel an overwhelming space when you're going through anything scary.
