Did someone say cocktail o’clock? ?
I’ve been practicing making cocktails ahead of my housewarming for my new house. This is my first attempt at making a Pink Daiquiri using @beefeatergin, and blending ice, strawberries, sugar syrup, and fresh lime juice. It took me about 5 minutes total (I made the sugar syrup myself by heating caster sugar and water), and it tastes so damn good. I’ve obviously missed my calling in life as a cocktail maker! Now I just need to buy some furniture… ? #onwednesdayswedrinkpink
