This is a good one from @docmcamp. 1 1/2 Reps, Another Oldie But Goodie to add to your routine!
Chest Workout Week 2 in my Split:
?Began with Smith Incline worked up to 225 for 3 sets 5 reps. (2nd part of video)
?Reduced the weight and did 1 full rep, then 1/2 rep up to mid range and focused on contraction!
?Why not heavy weight?, at this point I've gone heavy and want to minimize any chance of injury, so i can really focus on just a hard contraction and get 10 reps!!
?How often? Smith Machine is my primary exercise this cycle for chest, so i will incorporate these for two more weeks??
