Tuesday: Empanadas, made with corn dough, following a Venezuelan recipe BUT(!) I filled mine with spicy Sichuan rabbit ? that I got in Chengdu at the weekend, with a side of guasacaca ? and various drinks to cool off as Shanghai has magically moved closer to the Sun than the rest of the planet ☀️
