Pikelets are the cousin of crumpets, a yeast risen pancake from the Midlands of England ??????? similar to a Moroccan baghrir. They’re the perfect vehicle for some salty umami butter that fills all the holes ?? And are a doddle to make too, recipe I used is from the Guardian online #symmetrybreakfast
