The danbing, (dan 蛋 is the egg and bing 饼/餅 means practically any round flat bread in Chinese that covers everything from a naan to a cookie or pancake) is a relative of the more famous jianbing, of which there are also many hundreds of varieties depending what province you’re in! #symmetrybreakfast
