Monday: Back home in Shanghai ?? but the adventure is hardly over. Hong Kong?? style noodles, with a fried egg and a bit of spam ? (and a cheeky Macanese custard tart) one dish that was recommended to me a few weeks ago during a Q&A, I’m saving the breakfast macaroni for when we next visit HK!
