Sengkang West has grown considerably in recent years, and the estate is now bustling with young families. Last year, I joined Fernvale residents celebrating the 11th anniversary of Sengkang West, and choosing the facade design of the new Fernvale Community Club.
Yesterday, I was happy to be in Fernvale once again for the CC’s groundbreaking ceremony. Once completed, residents will find it easy to shop for groceries at the wet market and enjoy meals with family and friends at the hawker centre.
