Had an interesting exchange with some of the delegates attending the inaugural Singapore Defence Technology Summit today.
They told me about how Artificial Intelligence is being used in many fields, not just defence. We also talked about Cyber-Security, which is so essential yet very hard to achieve.
Some 400 participants from 17 countries have gathered here. They bring their diverse views and expertise from across the public, private, military, and academic sectors.

Ours is an increasingly inter-connected world of rapid technological innovation (and disruption). Hopefully this summit will encourage more collaboration between countries to deal with the many challenges ahead. – LHL
