I’ve spent a restorative and inspiring few days @susanspungen & @yossyarefi summer solstice workshop, in the company of so many engaging women at the end of Long Island .
.
though the workshop promised strawberries, and strawberries galore we did have.. in so many delicious ways, I was taken with the sheer abundance of fresh produce available from the many hardworking small farms in the area.

@susanspungen created this divine salad with peas we gathered from @amberwavesfarm along with their radishes and pea shoots plus a stunning variety of pink Napa cabbage from @marileesfarmstand mint and shallot all simply dressed to make this beautiful work of art .
.
back home now at the farm, ideas are swirling as I look at our own little garden full of tender green things just needing a bit more growing time before I can take all the inspiration gleaned these last days and put them into action
