It’s a rare opportunity to suspend time, sit together at the table as a group and enjoy the company of likeminded creatives, good food and the subtle but invigorating puffs of the north winds. There really is something special about meals outside .

It’s these moments in our workshops I relish, once the styling and cooking and photographing are done (though I love all those things dearly) there is a chance to relax with our guest, hear their stories and questions and share their experiences - I often find myself taking a second just to listen to the sounds of chatter and glassware and forks on plates
