the sweet simplicity of morning .
.
the air was beautifully fresh, a sure sign of the late spring season, and the light had us both up with the larks. so, there was nothing to do but head straight out into such a delicious morning (with a short detour to admire our gardening endeavors from the weekend) but then straight into town for early coffees with the Mr. which somehow felt like we stole a few more minutes from the weekend. soaking in all the us time we can these days before the little one joins us

Thinking I might instate a weekly coffee together. it’s amazing what a rare and civilized feeling treat it was for a Tuesday
