its finally picnic season and im making the most of it, keeping large straw baskets and crates by the door, continually packed with a rotating cast of clean plates, glasses, flatware and linens. Standing at the ready should the mood strike us, to lite out on a whim, essentials in tow to the nearest tree, rambling stone wall or grassy patch of field .
