Workouts don’t always have to include equipment. I love adding body weight exercises and stretches to really change it up. .
Although this may look easy, it’s not. I’m almost more sore doing yoga than I am when I weight train?

I suggest taking a beginner class or maybe following a beginner YouTube video to get the basics. .
I’m not pro by any means but I like to create my own flow and challenge myself through the different stretches.
