My son, Jackson, is having such a hard time with seasonal allergies this year. There are a ton of oak trees around where I live and the pollen from them makes him congested, causes his eyes to swell up, and he can't stop sneezing. Poor guy...

The newest natural remedy is this allergy relief smoothie. Here's the recipe:⠀
2 green apples, chopped⠀
1 cup of pineapple, frozen
2 teaspoons of local raw honey (try to get as local and harvested in the same season as your seasonal allergy flare up as possible)⠀
1-2 cups of water⠀
1 teaspoon grated ginger⠀
