For our JF Chen Collection viewing in New York, Steven Gambrel – founder of interior design firm S.R. Gambrel, Inc. – has designed three vignettes using highlights from our auction (@stevengambrel, @jfchenantiques).

‘All three of these vignettes speak to different crafts, craftsmen and materials,’ says Gambrel of his designs, now open to the public. ‘When you mix eras of materials, I think it feels modern, unexpected, authentic – that’s what we’re all trying to achieve.’

Gambrel will be giving a talk about how to create design moments in your interior at our Lates event in New York on 12 February. Doors are open from 5pm, entry is free.
