Using media found around South Central Los Angeles, from posters and billboard ads to newsprint and endpapers, Bradford’s multi-layered compositions are a sharp critique of contemporary society.

Last year, Bradford was chosen to represent the United States at the Venice Biennale. His installation ‘Pickett’s Charge’ is currently on display at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden until November.
