Seriously though, I did this combination yesterday and DAYUMMM I am feeling it today ? ➡️ Static lunges x8 (put your weight through the front heel and focus on knee stability to really fire up your glutes. Go super slow on the way down, this video is double speed) ➡️ Static Curtsey Lunges x12 (Again, weight through the front heel!) ? Complete all reps on one leg before switching to the other.
