#Blinis with Greek Yogurt and Roe
Ingredients:
¾ cup Chobani® Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup buckwheat flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large eggs
3/4 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon butter, for greasing the pan
Salmon roe, for serving
Chobani® Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt with chopped dill and chives, for serving
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, milk, and yogurt. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir together until just combined.
3. Preheat a pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
4. Pour 1 tablespoon of the batter per blini onto the hot pan.
Cook until small bubbles begin to form on the surface, about 1 minute. With a spatula, flip the blini and cook until golden brown on the reverse side, another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
5. Serve the blinis with yogurt mix and salmon roe.
