Would you look at that? It’s comfort-food o’clock. Time for spiced rice pudding with roasted apples, raisins, toasted nuts, and honey!

Spiced Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
½ cup Chobani® Plain Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
1 cup Arborio rice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups whole milk
1 cinnamon stick
2 cardamom pods
1 star anise
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 peeled and cubed apples
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 cup toasted unsalted nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans)
Honey (optional)
Raisins (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400º F.
2. In a large pot, bring rice, sugar, salt, milk, and spices to a boil over medium-high.
3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes, stirring every few minutes until rice is tender and creamy.
4. Take out the spices and stir in the yogurt.
5. While the pot is simmering, toss cubed apples with butter and brown sugar and place them on a sheet tray. Roast for 10 minutes.
6. To serve, top rice pudding with roasted apples, nut mix, raisins, and a drizzle of honey to taste.
