In this photo taken last winter, a freezing fog coated every pine needle, every blade of grass, with crystals of frost, turning the foothills above Boulder, Colorado into a winter wonderland .. in Colorado, we have had unseasonably warm December, but if finally snowed last night, providing a touch of normalcy to a crazy time.
