Three in the Athens gathering, two in Puglia during a workshop. Two cakes from two cooking classes at Latteria Studio. One was Tuscan, the other one Persian. One from the Julian alps magic. One, simply roasted squash with mandarins. 2017 was a a full year, satisfying on so many levels, leavibg loose ends on others. But my gratitudes are definitely more than complains at the end of this year. I am ending this year with some very personal and intimate decisions and challenges. For these few days are left from 2017 I will be concentrating on those, away from social media, away from IG. I am going to simply delete the app from my phone, to reduce the chance of temption.
So, everyone, have a merry, bright and happy Christmas, and an awesome new year. See you in 2018. ✨
