It’s beginning to look a lot like #Christmas! This was a lovely angle at #LatteriaStudio yesterday where I held a special Christmas edition of #PersianCookingClassRome. We were a wonderful group of people literally from all over the world (US, Paraguay, Belgium, Sweden, France, of course Italy and Iran and one lovely couple visiting from London!). We had a great time and we feasted on Persian flavors enriched with pistachios, almonds, pomegranates and herbs that smelled like oranges and roses. A perfect way to fully get in the festive season.
