Three oz of turkey breast provides 123 calories, 27 grams of protein and less than 1 gram of fat while chicken breast is 135 calories, 25 grams of protein, and 3 grams of fat. Keep the fat content low so you know you can easily count the protein without the unwanted fat. Next carbs, go grab your favorite rice like Jasmine or a healthy bread option like Ezekiel Food For Life. Lastly healthy fats! Use coconut oil to cook with or dress it with olive oil or add some nut butter to your bread. All you need is your veggies and you have a solid nutritional base to work with.
