Give it a go: ➡️ Oblique sit ups - one side ➡️ Oblique sit ups - other side ➡️ Bosu crunches ➡️ Elevated bosu plank ? 30 seconds of each, 10 seconds rest in between. 3 rounds with a 60 second test in between each full circuit.
