‼️Instagram posing picture VS reality‼️.
look at my happy face on first picture and swipe to the left⬅️⬅️ to see how I really looked and felt today before forcing myself to make that happy Instagram look everyone likes to see.
Today I asked my client to take picture of me, because I wanted to share my post vacation full body workout with you guys ,but I caught myself thinking that every time I take pictures for Instagram I go for the same happy look regardless of how I really feel that particular day and not every day I feel happy!
Last night I got home from the airport around 2 am, then I was cleaning my apartment for another hour because my cat is such a mess and she doesn't like when I leave her alone, so did some damage and I can't sleep in messy apartment ?, I ended up in bed around 3 am and had to wake up at 8 to train my first client ?‍♀️.
Hey, I'm not complaining, I'm just telling you the reality of my day ?, I was extremely tired, not in a good mood, weak and sleepy ?. I still pushed myself to workout in between my clients today and even felt little better after training myself ? DAHHHH.
But still I wasn't usual smily and energetic Anna ?.
I didn't want to pretend all happy today and decided to share this with you guys, because a lot of people look at happy faces, perfect relationships( cheating and abusing in reality), perfect bodies ( old images, butt implants, photoshop), fancy cars ( rented for the shoot)meanwhile half of it just empty image made just to crest an illusion of perfect life. Not all of them☝️, but a lot, trust me!
So before looking at perfect life of others through Instagram lenses, think twice before feeling bad about your life ( it might be so much better in fact☝️).
Be real people! Welcome to my shitty day, I'm glad it's almost over ?❤️.
