The buzzing colors of Autumn at one of my favorite places in Rome: the Esquilino market. Oranges, yellows and deep purples appear as bursting visions. (See the Stories from today) I like the vibes of this season, calmer and with a cooker head (literally) life goes on. I won't deny that it took me these couple of days to adjust myself to the city life after my brief, but magical stay in the Alps. But now I'm getting back o. The track, and working on new projects. A couple of things will sooner or later make their way to the blog; one very Rome and one about the Julian Alps, that have fascinated me with their history, culture and food, naturally.
In the meanwhile I must absolutely purchase a new oven. One of those you put ON the kitchen cabinets/a table. I wanted to a get a 2700w but I've been advised against it, as I could have problems with other running electric appliances. Do you have any experience with these sort of ovens? Specially those of you in Italy/Europe. I can't live without an oven anymore. These beautiful squash and apple cinnamon cakes are waiting! ???
