LET GO.

#yogaeverydamnday - Day 5. Took a flow class that began with some kundalini style shaking and lots of free flowing movement. Biked 20 minutes there through traffic - I'm a pretty crappy biker and super scared of biking surrounded by cars so when I got to class my heart was beating like crazy. It was a perfect transition - I was already in my body. What a weird thing to say; of course I was in my body. But you know what I mean. We spend so much time immersed in the mind and the busy busy ways of life that sometimes we forget to anchor and check in. That's what yoga is for me, a checking in. A coming home.
After practice I biked back to my neck of the woods and had pizza and wine with @thordiselva while daddy-o and grandma hung out with Luna. She drank a giant bottle (I pump every day so we always have a big stash!) and passed out AND IS STILL SLEEPING. Holy moly. I let go of feeling sleep deprived and she let go of not sleeping? Maybe!
