Waiting is no excuse. My transformation didn't happen over night. It didn't involve quick fixes, wraps, teas or crash diets. As frustrating as it was, I’m so glad I didn't give up. I could have given every excuse in the book — but I didn’t. I wanted it badly enough that I found a way to make it work. Why? Because I finally learned that my happiness was worth it, that I was worth it.
