?I'm not that girl who carries Tupperware. I'm also not that girl in line at Auntie Annie's for breakfast when I travel. Not that there's anything wrong with Auntie Annie's or indulging when you want to but my point is that there ARE healthy options everywhere you go!

?Instead of the breakfast burrito, pastries and latte try opting for a fruit bowl, green tea/black coffee and water! ? Check the fridges at the kiosks for Greek Yogurt or hard boiled eggs. If you're at a newsstand opt for an individual packet of nuts instead of a chocolate bar. The decision is always yours ??
