Hot summer salty breeze, bright shades, and the bounties of the season. I was quite reluctant to try these cocoa pasta, but to my utter surprise, it was incredibly tasty. A nutty flavor, with the cocoa hint arriving only in the end. We dressed it with a blue cheese (gorgonzola) cream, cherries (because cocoa pasta! So cherries as condiment!) and sprinkled crushed green pepper corn on top. I know, sounds too weird and hippy, but it was worth the risk. Absolutely. ???
