Just got home from the cold, grey and absolutely fantastic Stockholm; inspired, educated and very well-fed. Many thanks to @swefoodtech for inviting me over to talk about "new media and food". I had the pleasure of meeting many awesome people from around the globe who work in and around food and #foodtech. Such as the founders of @gastronaut_app and the talented chef Paul Svensson (I hope he and his fans wouldn't mind if I called him the Jamie Oliver of Sweden). Through these amazing people I discovered fotografiska, Sweden's museum of photography with jaw-dropping good exhibitions and an intimate café and restaurant with the view of the sea, where Paul present his beautiful dishes based on locally produced ingredients.
If you travel to Stockholm, make sure you visit @fotografiska, it had been a long time since watching art at a museum had taken my breath away.
Now back in warm, sunny and golden Rome, to a lot of work, and a happy new week!
