Veggie Dinner Dreams ? Oh. Wow. Seriously guys this dinner was NEXT LEVEL ?? As a veggie sometimes it feels like the vegetarian menu options are an afterthought. That's definitely not the case in Finland. For dinner I had the most incredible three course feast ➡️ Local nettle soup with puff pastry croutons ➡️ Local asparagus with broad bean mash and a pea, mint and pine nut salsa ➡️ Rhubard ice cream with poached rhubarb ?
