Ordering #FAIL ?. Sooo I ordered the Bento box which came with 2 options. I chose sashimi (duh) and then I saw cucumber roll and ASSUMED it was a riceless roll wrapped in cukes. Instead I get cucumber wrapped in rice ??‍♀️ Fail. That's what I get for not asking hahahah.

It didn't satisfy me, I ended up ordering another roll and ate more than I would have in the first place! My point...when ordering, evaluate how hungry you are and then think about the foods that might satisfy that hunger and your taste buds. I'm all about healthier options BUT there is something to be said for trying to overcompensate for the things you want by eating MORE of the things you don't want. If you reallllllyy want a fried roll or something 'less healthy', go for it! You might be shocked at just how liberating it is to order without guilt and end up eating less of it and feeling more satisfied. A few bites of something 'bad' (again there really are no good and bad foods it's all about moderation) is going to be better for you than trying to order a TON of 'healthy' stuff and just overeat in general. BALANCE! Learn that sometimes depriving yourself of what you want is what can lead to the binges!
