I could not have asked of more from myself today. I went 89kg/196lbs in the Snatch for the 3rd highest snatch in the country in the 63s! Then because of not getting a change in i got down to :01 on the clock for my opener clean and jerk and smoked it (mental strength like whoa!) - and went on to hit 104kg/229lbs after missing the jerk on the first crack at it. PRs across the board at 63kg with a huge total of 193kg - not sure what place i got overall LOL. I am so thankful to my coach @max_aita , my team leader @chadwesleysmith , my amazing teammates and Coach Zygmunt for the guidance leading in to this meet... also, can't express in words how grateful i am for all of the friends, family and fans supporting me. I am so excited to train for the University Worlds and represent the USA with pride next.
