#TBT #throwbackthursday to some serious training back in the day with John Coffee - he was really excited about this sled and said I had to pull him around on it for conditioning ? I have some incredibly fond memories from Coffee's Gym and I believe some of my passion for the sport of weightlifting came directly from this man and the gym he provided me with. I am sad to hear Coffee's Gym will be closing and am sending positive vibes to friends that still train there today. Truly the end of an era - one i am honored to have been a tiny part of ??
