1. Using heavy weights with incomplete Range of Motion (ROM) hinders muscle development! Prioritizing ROM and the mind muscle connection ensures optimal muscle activation & maximum hypertrophy - what you need for the gainzzz.

2. Too frequently changing exercises or workouts (ie. following random workouts posted by your favorite IG queens every day) doesn’t allow for PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD. Progressive Overload is the gradual increase of stress placed on the body during exercise over time. This promotes continuous improvement in strength, endurance, and new muscle growth. This is why being on a structured and strategic program is so important!

3. Not pushing through to failure on your reps limits the stimulus for muscle growth!! It is key to use your rep range as a guide but not set in stone - finding true failure is the holy grail of bodybuilding style training.
