Final bit of squat volume for this training cycle today - put some extra focus on a tight and somewhat forceful rebound and change of direction out of the hole. I am still a bit timid on this since I hurt my hip but today was maybe my best movement pattern thus far. Last 2 working set doubles at 100kg/220lbs. Zygmunt said these were nice today ? Hitting the National stage again next Saturday in Chicago ?? i lift at 4:30pm in the 63kg A Session
