Did your Cinco de Mayo get a little crazier than expected? Try this Vegtastic Green Smoothie this morning...or as I like to call it..."The Hangover Cure." The coconut water will replenish your body with electrolytes, ginger soothes a queasy tummy, and the fruit + extra veggies give you a major dose of potassium and vitamin C. Blend this, and head back to the couch to binge on your fav Netflix series (P.S. I'm looking for a new show—so if you have a good one let me know!)

VEGTASTIC GREEN SMOOTHIE | Serves 2
.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup coconut water, unsweetened
1/2 medium cucumber, sliced
1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/2 inch ginger, peeled
1 cup mango, frozen
Juice of 1 lemon
.
DIRECTIONS:
1) Place spinach, coconut water, and cucumber in blender and blend until smooth and juice like.
2) Add carrot, celery, and ginger. Blend again until smooth.
3) Add the frozen mango and lemon juice. Blend again.
