High rep quad day!?

So today I tried something new and WOW I have never had this crazy of a pump in my quads!? I was wobbling so hard!?

I wanted to address something because I know many people are against high reps because "it doesn't build muscle." Strength training is 1-5 reps, hypertrophy training is 6-12 reps and endurance training is 15+ reps. But in all honesty it all comes down to your diet. If you're not eating enough you will never grow in size. This is especially true for women because men produce up to 20 times the amount of testosterone. -

So just about any rep range can increase strength, build muscle and lose fat. What's most important for muscle to grow is the intensity of your workout. Never be afraid to try LOW & HIGH rep training! -

I did 5 Sets for 20+ Reps. I was going for more speed and reps, therefore my depth wasn't fully there per usual.
