Deadlifting 155 pounds without gloves which forced me to work on my GRIP strength. I normally wear my gloves so my grip won't slip on deadlifts but wanted to focus more on grip strength. (No chalk was available)

This was pretty heavy for me considering I have not done deadlifts for awhile. I did 6 working sets on this as well today! I felt good at the squat rack so I pretty much stayed there my entire workout!?
