One of my favorite exercises for hamstrings and BOOTY!??

This particular exercise I see performed often wrong. Make sure you are feeling the stretch in your hamstrings and when pulling through make sure you are pausing and squeezing for 1-3 seconds and feel the burn. Make sure when you come up your shoulders are pulled back and chest up. Also keep your movement controlled the entire time.
