MY CURRENT CARDIO ROUTINE

I often get asked how much cardio I do or how frequently the answer is it just depends on my goals at the time. If I'm prepping for a show 2 x per day 30min 6 days per week is what I use to do. If I want stay relatively and in shape 30 min per day 4-5 days per week (I do 60-90 second intervals adjusting the speed up and down and skipping steps). I just started incorporating cardio back in my routine this week. I wanted to get the swing of getting back in the gym consistently again and not overload myself. So my 5th week back consistently my body was ready to take it to the next level.

I've learned to slowly incorporate things now and have a consistency with the gym and my diet but also make sure it's balanced which balance for me is the hardest part. Meaning too much gym or too much dieting isn't good for the soul. Cheat meals and a glass of wine is necessary for me to stay motivated and live this fitness lifestyle.?
