Try this circuit on for size?

• For the Jefferson lunges, you're going to be straddling the bar in a staggered stance. Hold the bar on either side between the legs and lunge for 12 reps each side!
• The half rep RDLs are KILLER! Keep the weight distribution in your heels and your core tight to support the spine here. You don't want your lower back to take the majority of the load here. Mind to muscle connect to the hamstrings.??
• Repeat 3x with 60 seconds rest in between each round
