I have always worked best under pressure.
Having too much time on my hands, and too much routine, often leaves too much room to fall off track and away from my goals.
Straight into complacency.
The next two months are jam packed for my team and I but I'm feeling my motivation creep back in.
I've been waiting for months to once again feel driven and passionate towards my work.
All it took were a few commitments that are forcing me to step out of my comfort zone.
Isn't it funny how that works?✨
