Freshly baked goodies: a cinnamon roll and a dark chocolate pistachio cookie ??? This weekend has been the definition of indulgent. Waffles. Hot chocolates. Cakes. Mountains of fresh bread slathered in butter. And you know what? That's fine. This is my personal version of balance. I eat well when I'm at home and ensure I nourish my body with wholesome food. But I also go on holiday and treat myself to whatever the hell I want ??? I still try and keep my main meals on point, as best as I can anyway, but I'm not afraid to tuck into treats here and there. In my opinion, food is amazing and it is to be enjoyed. I'm not on a diet. I'm not trying to get shredded. I'm just trying to live my life. To stay healthy. To enjoy myself.
