Handstand Progress ?? I have to admit my progress hasn't been the best over the past month. I'm in and out of the country for the whole of February, March and the start of April... which is amazing, but means I've hardly seen @mikeleept and I just haven't been training consistently ? I have had to accept that my progress will be a bit slower during this time, and I've tried to just stick with it as best as I can. I will hopefully come on leaps and bounds once I'm back in the country in April! ☺️ Anyways here's my current handstand situation. I'm much more comfortable with the movement and I'm getting better at extending my arms, tucking my chin under and engaging my glutes. These small changes are leading to better form overall!
