Video by @Tim Laman for the BBC ‘Planet Earth 2’. The “Jungles” episode of the BBC’s landmark series Planet Earth 2 airs in the USA for the first time on Sat. March 4 on BBC America. This sequence which I shot along with Ed Scholes and @JohnAitchison1 shows the male Wilson’s Bird-of-Paradise displaying to a female and revealing his remarkable green breast plate which is only visible from above.
